09/14/11 		This is a truly HUGE amount of chicken, you will have to plan for a tremendous amount of cold storage. These teens are mighty eaters, as well. You want at least 82 pounds of chicken quarters per 100 eaters, the quarters have the largest amount of bone of any chicken cut.

Chicken is available (and cheapest) in 40 pound cases, I would get 7 cases for this party if this is the only meat.
