Shrimp Dip for a party of 250

09/15/11 		We are self catering our wedding which is in 2 weeks. We want to have a shrimp dip as an appetizer (buffet style). Can you tell me how much shrimp i will need for this dip?

09/15/11 		I can tell you how many gallons you need, the amount of actual shrimp will depend on your recipe. You need 1/4 cup per person ( about 4 gallons) if it is part of a display, 1/3 cup per person (about 6 gallons) if it is the main or only appetizer.
