09/18/11 		This is discussed on the tea sandwich pages. If you must make ahead, best are rollups that you freeze and then thaw day of. If other, stick with the relatively dry ones, like thin sliced of meat and cheese, or cream cheese. The salads and cukes must be assembled day of for success.
