my chix n rice recipe is : 1 1/2c rice, 2c chix broth,1c crm of chix soup,1package of onion soup dry mix n chix in a 9x12 pan. i want to make for 60 people and am trying to figure in a alum. pan like u get frm catering people. i figured maybe to triple the recipe for each large alum.pan????? what do u think? |

One 9x13 serves about 8 people, so you need 7-8 times the recipe total, depending on the rest of the menu. One full serving tray holds about 2 1/2-3 9x13, so you need 3 full size. |
