Hi Ellen. I am helping with a Country fair themed Party for church. We are serving 225 people. Each food item will be served at its own booth. I am in charge of Corn on the Cob. Do you have any advice on the best way to cook and serve the corn? Thanks! |

The simplest, and one of the best, to cook it is to wet it down in the husks, roast it in the oven or microwave, and then peel and de-silk it while wearing new cotton gloves (work gloves, gardening, etc). Then, for a delicious variation, roll in olive oile or butter, sprinkle with paprika or sumac and Parmesan cheese or cotija cheese. Yummy. |
