Chicken Parmesan for 200 people

09/23/11 		How many pounds of chicken should I make for chicken parmesan for 200 people? At a loss. I am also making baked ziti and salad and rolls will be served as well. Thanks in advance for the help.

09/23/11 		Start with 1 pound boneless chicken per 3 persons, add another 10% if you expect heavy eaters.
