Amount of meat and veges needed for tacos for 26 p

09/27/11 		I was just wondering how much of everything that I ned for a taco bar for 26 people. Like how much meat,sour cream,lettuce,tomatoes, cheese etc. Can you help me??

09/28/11 		Use the tacos for 100 table, just over 1/4 the amount for 100 (use 1/3 the amount for 100 if they are big eaters.)
