Guests in India typically eat less than Americans, this looks pretty good, though you won't have any leftovers. Here are the suggestions I have:

(2) 6qt trays of Kituri (rice, lental, veg dish)- I like this dish. You won't have any left over.
(2) 6qt trays of mixed vegetable curry (30# total)-OK
(12) Large eggplants, sliced in rings and deep fried- This is only 1 eggplant for each 7-8 people. Do you think you need more?
(60 pc) Poppar - crispy fried tortia type snack- I think everyone would want some of this?
(2 gal) sweet baked yogart-3
(130 pc) gulub jum - rolled cheese sweet- at least 2 per person (170) and I usually plan for 3
(10) lt of assorted soft drinks- is this just for the kids, with chai for the adults? See the beverage planning page, plan on at least 3/4 the amount for 100.
Plenty of tea and tea service
Tray of 48 cookies for kids
