Hi Ellen, Need your help! Will be hosting my first Chili fundraiser mid-October for roughly 150-200 people. We will be serving 2 types of chili. The typical beef and bean and also a white chicken chili. Could you please give me some estimates for #'s of meat I would need to serve that many??

Typically, this ends up about 1/3 chicken/white and 2/3 regular. Check out the recipe on the chili page for basic church supper chili, and use that for a guide for the amounts of meat and beans for each type. |
