We are planning to serve 4 different salads on a wedding buffet alongside a pulled pork sandwich. 200 guests. How many servings do I plan for each? I know it's not 200!! (Potato salad, cole slaw, 4-bean, and Italian pasta) Thanks. vj |

You want 20 gallons total, I would go with about 7- 8 of potato salad, 4 each of slaw and 4 bean, and 4-5 of pasta. |

Yes you do need help; two other cooks and 6-8 other people for set up, serving and cleanup. But I get you mean the menu. 1 Too many entrees. I would eliminate either the meatballs or the chili, probably the meatballs. 2. What kind of xasserole? Vegetarian entree, bean, grain, or vegetable? There is not anything for a vegetarian to eat except side dishes... 3. You want 10-13 gallons total of your side salads, I would start with 3 gallons of potato salad (lesser total amount if you make the rice). What about a fruit tray if you are not xerving desserts> What about rolls or bread> Chili needs grated cheese, diced onions, pickles, etc for topping 0 see the chili page in the Big Pots Section. Turkey needs cranberry and grvy. How much of each entree depends on the time of day, sctivity, sev of the crowd and where you are in the country. Send more info if you wnat more help. This is a pretty heavy menu. |
