soups for about 700 people

10/08/11 		we are having a drill in our area and we want to have a hospitality tent. we would be serving coffee,tea,hot chocolate, pastries, rolls, chicken soup, vegetable soup crackers.

10/08/11 		About6 gallons of chicken soup and 3 gallons of vegetable soup per 100. The tables pretty much cover the other items.
