Cheese Balls

10/11/11 		So I'm helping with a benefit and we are planning on having 300 people attend. We would like to have 4 different flavored cheese balls... how many lbs do you think I'll need of cream cheese to serve that many people? Also, how many crackers should I provide? We are also having 30 lbs of parisa as well; so I will also have to include enough crackers for that and my cheese balls.

10/11/11 		About 900 crackers for the parisa. About 8 pounds crackers per 100 for the cheese.

About 16 pounds of cheese balls per 100 for the cheese.
