I am trying to figure out how to do a dessert reception for about 300 people. Debating what I should up on it and how much of each items, to help figure out the cost of things. I want to make as easy as possible to maintain the night of the event. Thanks! |

You want things cut 2-3 bite size and you want to allow at least 4 pieces per person, see the dessert bar article on this site. Dinner coffee with your other beverages. |
