dinner for 100 that can be frozen

10/15/11 		I need to prepare a dinner for a local shelter. They need it to be one that can be frozen and later reheated. They advised I should freeze the meal in 4 large aluminum trays.

I will have a variety of different aged children helping in preparing the dinner - which complicates my options further.

I thought of lasagna & garlic bread, but i'm sure it is the one most people make and it would be nice to make something different that the residents don't eat often. I would also like to make a desert.

Any suggestions and advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

10/15/11 		Any of the OAMC casseroles would work, and how about pineapple upside down cakes for the dessert, having the kids arrange all the fruits and cherries.
