Buffet for 22 people

10/18/11 		I am having rehersal dinner at my house for 22 people. I am having pasta, meatballs, sausage, eggplant roll-ups, anitpasto . Do I need more food and what quantities should I have for the above menu. Thank you for your input

10/18/11 		This should be plenty of food, assuming you add bread and salad.

pasta, 3 pounds dry
meatballs, 5-6 pounds
sausage, 4-5 pounds, plus peppers and onions
eggplant roll-ups, 1 per person
antipasto, see the tray at the bottom of this page, do 2/3:

salad, 2 pounds lettuce plus desired add-ins
bread- 2-3 pounds
