Hungarian Finger Squash

10/23/11 		I received an unusual birthday gift...a Hungarian Finger squash tied up with orange ribbon. Now how to prepare it??? Can anyone help me with a recipe?

This is a scallop type squash, and can be prepared by any of the scallop squash recipes. It is a winter type squash, so you can go for any pumpkin or winter squash recipe as well, chunked or even pureed- Hungarian finger pie?
