Have a bride that wants roast beef for her reception I am thinking a roast that can be slow cooked and served with a little bit juice. SHe doens't want mashed potatoes. Any advise on the cut of meat and preparation to make sure it is moist and flavorful? I love your column and use it alot. thanks for the advice. |

The deluxe edition would be prime rib or tenderloin. Depending on the size of the party, whole sirloin or Baron of beef (whole round), but this requires a skilled carver. |
