Beef Roast

11/02/11 		I would like to cook Beef Roast in an electric roaster for 60 people. What type of roast should I use for a flavorful slow cook, fall apart meat and what degrees should I have the roaster set at for how long. Also, should I brown the roast before putting in roaster?

11/02/11 		A roaster will only do 20 pounds, so you need 2 roasters.

The roast beef at Cracker Barrel is whole boneless chuck shoulder, juicy and flavorful. Discussion on cooking multiple roasts is on the beef roasting page. I would see if I could get 2 15-20 pound whole boneless chuck roasts. Browning is good.
