Need help fast

11/02/11 		I will be catering a Birthday Party on Saturday and I was going to make a Sausage& Spinach Pasta dish, also Sweet & Sour Meatalls I will be makingthese in my home and then when taking them out of the oven bringing them directly to the party and putting them into already heated sternos. Will that be ok ? The travel time will be roughly 15 minutes from oven to sterno.

11/03/11 		Be aware that in most states it is illegal to make/cook food at home and offer it for sale.

That said, 15 minutes from oven to sterno is safe, if it is really 15 minutes.
