1st Birthday party

I am hosting my daughters 1st birthday party for 50 adults and 20 kids. I am planning on purchasing some things from Costco - like the freshly made mac and cheese and chicken alfredo. How many people does 3 lbs feed?

11/04/11 		Erin, use the numbers on their packages and count this as 60 people. How much you need depends on the rest of the menu; 2/3 the amounts for 100 on my lists would be plenty for this gathering.
