I am catering for 30 people. Planned ondoing beef wellington and salmom steaks. how much should I charge them? appertizer, coconut shrimp, chicken satay and fruit skewers. main entree beef wellington, ans salmon with asparagus and potato Augratin. apple sparkling wassil, and pumkin pie and white chocolate bread pudding and ice cream. How much should I charge? I will be doing buffet and just myself doing it. Thank you. |
