Thank you for your article on tapioca! I love tapioca pudding & have always bought a boxed mix until I saw & bought the Reese pkg.several days ago. What a disapointment & embarrassment because I gave half to a friend.I followed the pkg.instructions & stirred it constantly. Well....the taste was great but the texture was awful! He admitted to me that he ate a few bites but threw out the rest. I will try it again but maybe lower than medium heat & NOT stir so much? I'm not vegan but will bookmark your site for more GOOD info. Thanks again. |

Not sure which one you got, but if you are used to minute tapioca and got larger balls it can be quite a shock. |
