Baked Stuffed Pork Chops

11/06/11 		I have an 18 qt Hamilton Beach roaster. I would like to make Baked Stuffed Pork Chops. I have reviewed many recipes, all instructions for regular ovens. Would this type roaster work for cooking this recipe?
