11/14/11 		How much of each item will I need to serve breakfast for 60, if I plan to make eggs, sausage and pancakes?

11/14/11 		Eggs and sausage, 2/3 the amount for 100 from the breakfast planning page. Pancakes, 1/2 the amount for both pancakes and toppings, as you will want only 2 pancakes per person.
