If I make a hash brown casserole two days in advance, can I put in refrigerator mixed together without cooking and cook when ready or do I need to cook first and reheat when ready to serve? |

Much better to refrigerate and bake fresh, does not reheat too well. But do make a test batch with your brand of hash browns first; some turn brown/grey/icky... |
