11/18/11 		I am doing a party for 150. They are having, 3 kinds of slider sandwiches.Russian Roast Beef, Seafood, and pulled pork. How many lbs. of meat should I get? They are also having, Deluxe cheese and fruit tray, relishes, veggie tray and cake. Thank you

11/19/11 		Plan on 1 roast beef per person and 100 each of the other 2. Try to get them to add potato or pasta salad, or increase the sandwiches about 1/4.
