gravy on a glass top stove

11/21/11 		I really don't like cooking on these stoves.

You can't put the roasting pan over two burners. Instead, put some broth in the empty pan, put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes, stir and scrape like crazy to get all the tasty bits.

Do the base on top of the stove, medium heat, allow about twice as long as you are used to.
