Bread dressing baked in roaster oven

11/21/11 		can bread dressing be safely baked in a roaster oven? if so, how? any recipes available?

11/21/11 		Absolutely. A smaller pan, you put a rack in and put the pan in. For 6 quarts or more, you can bake right in the removable cook pan.

Preheat the roaster 20 minutes before inserting the pan.

Heavy spray of non stick on the pan.

Then are about a gazillion recipes for bread stuffing, huge variation. Do a google search listing the ingredients you want (chestnuts, sausage, mushrooms,, bread, etc) and dressing or stuffing, then pick one.

Use broth, not water, for the liquid.
