I have a recipe for spinach-cheese casserole which I'm making for Thanksgiving. The recipe says "can be made up ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator." Does that mean uncooked - then you cook the day of? Or, does that mean cooked, and you just reheat? |

Make ahead, bake day of is the usual procedure. |
