11/22/11 		I am making pulled pork sandwiches for a football tailgate to serve 25 - 30 people and I am at a loss for how much to make?

11/22/11 		If this is the only meat, start with 1 pound shoulder per 3 people, add a little more if they are heavy eaters or you have light side dishes.
