Brisket in my nesco roaster

11/22/11 		My oven is broken. Can I cook my Brisket in the Nesco Roaster and will it turn out tender like cooking in the slow oven? What temp and how long?

11/23/11 		Yes, use he same temp and time as the regular oven, you will be pleased at how moist and tender it comes out.

11/23/11 		Should I wrap it in foil like I do in my oven? Do I put it on a rack or in a glass baking dish?
