Anyway I can cut the turkey prior to brining? Then putting it in an electric roaster? It's a 25pounder. |

Too large for one roaster. Too late to do the dark meat today and the breast day of, which is what I would normally do with this challenge. OK to cut the turkey before brining, but only the white meat really needs it. |

Well I already started brining. Can I cut it tomorrow at 3am? Then start both meats. We aren't having dinner until 5pm. Put dark meat in oven and white meat in roaster? |

That would work. The white will cook faster than the dark. |
