the holes on the lid

11/24/11 		Dont the 2 holes on the lid slow the cooking time? there are no hloes in a reg oven. Should these be covered? thanks

11/24/11 		No, the regular oven has holes- they are under the stove top. Leave them open for a slightly more roasty sffect, closed for a more steamy effect or reheating.
