06/10/05 		Odd, it would seem to me that this food theme is rather difficult for wine tasting with these strong and spicy flavors. Within the tradition, your choices sound tasty and beautiful.

I might add a cream cheese and cracker choice, maybe heated cream cheese with artichoke and/or spinach, or cream cheese with guava paste, as this would make the wine taste better.

I would also think of one baked bar, bite or square such as a frittata or spinach squares, or just a thought, I really love cheese straws with wine.
