I baked pasta al forno (in oven) on the bottom portion of my chafing dish (where the water would go)then served. Is this ok to do? Is it safe? I also want to make lasagna and will be unable to transfer. ???? |

I don't bake in these, as they can discolor or warp. If you want to put it in the chafing dish, you need the water bath to distribute the heat and to create steam to get it hot enough. |
