Christmas lasagna dinner

11/29/11 		1 am hosting our church christmas party for 300 people. i need to know how many 13x9 lasagna's i will need and how much ceasar salad. the only other thing we are having is bread with dipping oil.

The salad, see the plan for 100 page, multiply times 3.

Have at least 14 pounds of bread per 100, this is a light menu. Make 1/10 of the lasagnas with veggies only, sauteed mushrooms & eggplant, etc.
