Ellen I am really stressing about the roast beef for christmas.....cook ahead freeze in gravy....could you suggest another before with gravy if roast beef doesn't freeze well. |

Assuming you are making a moist heat/ braised roast, freeze it sliced in gravy in foil, and reheat in the same package. It will be fine, as long as it is not overcooked to start with. Fine roasts such as rib roast do not reheat well. |
