One more question! You've been wonderful, thank you! Serving ppork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy peas and glazed carrots, rolls with butter and jam. Would 45 lbs fresh carrots and 45 lbs peas be the right amout (frozen) or TOO many? 250 people total - buffet style. Also serving a fruit cup. Thanks Ellen, you're the best! |
