I am making spaghetti pasta salad for my son's wedding. I am also making a taco bar for the rehearsal on Friday night. How far in advanced can I make the spaghetti salad for a saturday night reception? Thanks |

Connie, if I were making to hold, I would use radiatore, twists or penne, not spaghetti. Then you can make it 2 days ahead, as it doesn't tend to clump up or get nearly as soggy. |

I use about 6 pounds of pasta plus lots of fixings for each 100 people. |
