Tabbouleh for 100 people

I've been reading some of the stuff on this site and believe you're a great help to home cooks! Please could you advise how much bulgar and parsley I should use to make Tabbouleh for 100 people. My recipe calls for a little bulgar and lots of parsley (and the other ingredidents like mint, lemon juice, tomatoes, green onions too of course). Thanks for your help!

Not knowing your recipe, the best way to figure this would be for you to measure the amount you use, for however many the original recipe serves, then multiply. For example, if the original serves 8, multiply times 12; if the original serves 6, multiply time 16. Be CAREFUL; only use 1/2 the amount of salt in the giant batch, then taste and add.
