Meaty nachos to serve 50

12/12/11 		I need to feed 50 teenagers this Sunday and was planning on meaty nachos. I was going to buy the large boxes of nacho chips and large cans of nacho cheese sauce at Sam's. In addition I was going to top it with seasoned group beef. Can you tell me how much I need to buy

12/12/11 		Teens eat a lot, and if this is the only dish, I would get 8 pounds of chips, 2 #10 cans of nacho cheese, 1 #10 can of beans or refried beans, 1-2 quarts of sliced jalapenos, 8-10 pounds of meat plus taco seasoning (there is a recipe for taco seasoning on this site). Don't forget the salsa or pico- #10 can or 3-4 quarts.
