How much deli ham would I need to make 45 sandwiches for a team of high school basketball players and cheerleaders? They will be made on regular hamburg buns. Thanks,AMY |

Slim, or with cheese, 1 pound per 5 ham and 1 pound per 12 cheese. Ham only, 1 pound per 4. This will make nice fat sandwiches, suitable for hungry folks. |
