12/22/11 		can you heat already-cooked tamales in their cornhusks in the roaster. Do you put water in bottom and steam? How long?

12/23/11 		Yes, you treat them like the oven, preheat the roaster at least 20 minutes, put in the rack, water under the rack at the beginning of preheat.
