I have awhole loin on the bone 2 x 10lbs What do you suggest re cooking time.... I have found if I cook for the total weight it gets over done...thanks, sally |

You cook for the smallest piece using a meat thermometer, then put the meat thermometer in the larger piece and cook it done. On the bone cooks faster than boneless, often 1/4 faster. Check this chart: www.porkbeinspired.com/Resources/Images/2924.pdf |
