Hi Ellen, this website is helpful, thanks. I am cooking lunch on Tues for 100 people at a "soup kitchen." The staff would like my group to make enough so that 100 people can have seconds. How many pounds of sausage, and how many onions/peppers should I buy? And hoagie bread...and chips? Thanks! |

For generous fat sandwiches with sausage and peppers, 200 sausages:
40 pounds sausage 8 pounds chips for 1 serving per person, double that for 2. |
