I have looked everywhere, so please advise me in the right direction.
It is cheaper(i think) to buy bulk potatoes in a 50# from like sams club(or somplace like that) opposed to instant, and i would like to use real, if it is cheaper. I cant figure out the cost- I have a 70# box @ 20.99, and I need 44 1/2 cup servings.....so i need 88 cup servings, but i cant seem to figure out the cost and how many potaotes i need. They are medium sized potatoes i think. Thanks very much!

01/03/12 		I can buy 5 pounds of mixed-size potatoes locally at the plain old grocery for under $2. Check this out before buying at a warehouse store.

Also, NOBODY eats just 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, I use 45-50 pounds to make for 100 when it is the only starch.
