Hi,
Can you tell me how i can email you my recipes so i can get your advise on them. most are for normal size(like 2/4 or 6/8 servings) and after reading some post on here is says dont just add on when figuring and thats what i have done and im trying to figure out cost peer plate and think all my work so far is wrong. Thanks in advance

I saw your other post.

The best way to do large recipes, is to use food service size recipes and just adapt your spices, seasonings and add-ins to your taste.
