crumbling biscotti

01/08/12 		When slicing biscotti it crumbles.
Why is this? I have read all your helpful hints. I bought a biscotti pan and this what i have been experiencing. Please help.

01/08/12 		What recipe are you using? I have not had a problem with my recipe crumbling.
Do use a bread knife to slice.
