Guest count is 2 - 1 year old, 4 ages 8 and under, plus 60 adults. This is a wedding dinner with prime rib,Cranberry glazed chicken, mashed potatoes, whole fresh green beans, glazed carrots. We will have a small cup of wedding soup served first, followed by a Greek Salad, Assorted dinner rolls also. My question is how much bone in prime rib should I purchase. |
