01/13/12 		I am looking for an economical, but delicious, recipe for paella to serve 150 at our church. Is that doable? Thank you for your help!

01/13/12 		That depends on several things. If you are willing to limit the seafood to shrimps and mussels (which you would buy frozen) plus chicken and maybe sausage?
